About Us

US Asset Management, Inc. is a one-stop real estate investment company that specializes in the purchase, rehabilitation, and sale of homes in the Greater Chicagoland area.

What separates us from our competitors is our ability to minimize rehabilitation expenditure and increase ROI through in-house solutions. We are a licensed and insured General Contractor with a team of experienced tradesmen. The combination of in-house construction and an experienced eye for profitable properties has allowed us to consistently generate ROIs in the 15% to 30% range, usually in as little as 6 months.

Usman Mirza

Managing Partner

Usman grew up locally in the Chicagoland area and received a Bachelors in Finance from DePaul University. Usman is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with extensive knowledge in the REO field and working with REO properties.

Haseeb Mirza

Office Manager

Formerly an Airport Planning Consultant with a Masters from Southern Illinois University. Haseeb has come on board to handle day to day managerial duties at US Asset Management, Inc.
